No Refunds After Purchase

• The report preparation process begins immediately after ₹49 is paid for Astrology and Palmology reports.
• Reports on astrology and palmology are personalised digital products that are sent by email and PDF download within the specified time frames.
• Since these are customised services, once payment is received, there are no refunds or cancellations possible.
• The Rudraksha report is available for free and appears on the screen immediately; neither a PDF nor an email are required.

Access & Technical Support

• If you experience any technical issue accessing your paid report, please contact us immediately.
• We aim to resolve all access-related issues within 24 hours.
